In her many years as a social worker, Emily Jenkins (Renée Zellweger) thinks she has seen it all -- until she meets 10-year-old Lilith (Jodelle Ferland) and the girl's cruel parents. When the parents try to harm the child, Emily assumes custody of Lilith while looking for a foster family. However, she soon finds that dark forces surround the seemingly innocent child, and the more she tries to protect Lilith, the more horrors she encounters.

Okay well now that that is over, WHEW! Can we just say this movie is a hell of a wild ride?! I must say though, as a long time horror buff, I already knew from start to finish how this movie was going to end up as well as who was going to die. Though it didn't take away from the movie at all. Must be the magic OF SATAN'S CROTCH GOBLIN! -- If you have kids, I apologize... and you might want to have them tested? Has anyone around you mysteriously died? I'd.... be concerned.... Everything okay at home? Ya know what, forget that question. Just yeet a little holy water? Yeah no... I don't know 

ANYWAY ON WITH THE SHOWWWWWW

This movie really was good. Lol Really put things into perspective. Like.... kids be crazy sometimes. <_<

Okay no, really though... I'm having troubles putting my thoughts into words because I'm still stuck in the "nope. No. Nuh uh. HELL NOOOOO" phase. 

I felt kinda thrown off by the setting though lol I don't know why. Like I know the year it came out but they made it seem like it was set back in the 80s, and I'm not sure why? Not saying it's a bad thing, it actually helped work a lot out, I'm sure. And I'm sure I'm the only one who felt thrown off at the time haha. 

I loved all of the actors! They played every part so freaking well that I was completely sucked in... even when I didn't want to be, because fuck bugs. Just.... no. *runs down the road screaming* 

Can we just talk about Jodelle Ferland? She always plays such dark characters and she plays them so well, I might actually be scared as shit of her. LOL! I don't know what it is about her, but you know if she plays in it, the movie is going to be dark AF! ... Don't @ me. I seen Twilight too and we all know that last one was dark especially with *THAT* scene. Uh-huh, I can hear you now, "Oh.. You right. You right" See. Told you. Lol

Okay this review is one HELL of a mess at this point and I really do apologize. I really am stuck in that mind set of "Nope" so please forgive me. Lol But hopefully this review made you laugh a little bit. 

***Side note, please know if you are a parent or trying to be, I mean no disrespect with what I have written so far and if you take it that way, I apologize... Kids are just scary sometimes. Lol and this review was written all in fun.***
